ORDER

The tribunal is in receipt of Respondent's Motion Requesting Leave To Inspect, and Complainant’s Response thereto. In administrative hearings involving the Registrar of Contractors, Respondent had 15 days to inspect the property upon receiving the Notice of Complainant on May 12, 2025, as well as be provided with access to the property during the corrective work period. There is no other obligation by Complainant to allow access to the property, unless agreed by the Complainant.

Therefore, the motion is denied, unless the parties submit an agreement along with proposed hearing dates for a continuance by January 30, 2026. The tribunal will then accept the parties’ stipulation and proceed accordingly.
