ORDER SETTING FURTHER HEARING

Following the hearing session conducted on September 18, 2025, Respondent notified the Tribunal that he had not received the notice of the change in the hearing from an Afternoon setting to a Morning setting.

Given the possible confusion of a “time” change rather than an expected “date” change, the hearing will be reconvened to allow Respondent the opportunity to present testimony regarding his position.

In order to conduct an efficient further hearing, Respondent must review the hearing audio from September 18, 2025 in preparation for his testimony. At the time for further hearing, Respondent may testify regarding his position on the matter.
