COMPLAINANT,

v.

Monrad Veldman Construction LLC,

DBA: Venn Construction,

License No. ROC 300445,

RESPONDENT.

No. 2025A-04483-NPC-ROC

ORDER

Absent a showing of good cause, all motions must be submitted 15 days before a hearing. See A.A.C. R2-19-106. Parties have five days to object to a motion unless otherwise directed by the Tribunal. See id. The Tribunal may waive a rule if doing so does not cause undue prejudice, see A.A.C. R2-19-102, and a party’s first request for a continuance is likely to be granted unless the objecting party can demonstrate undue prejudice from the delay.

IT IS ORDERED any objection to Complainant’s August 19, 2025, Motion to Continue for 60 days must be submitted by 1:00 PM on Friday, August 22, 2025. If Respondent objects, their Response should state how a continuance would harm Respondent.

Done this day, August 21, 2025.
