HEARING

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on June 17, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Assistant Attorney General Mona Baskin represented Complainant Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”). Margaret Lindsey, Assistant General Counsel, appeared as a witness for the Registrar. Noel Martinez appeared on behalf of Respondent Lightning Mac Drilling, LLC.

The parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. Following that discussion, the parties advised the Tribunal that Mr. Martinez wished to withdraw the application at issue in this matter and will re-apply at a later date.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
