On July 22, 2025, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) filed an Order Granting Respondent’s Request to Reconsider Request to Dismiss (“Order”) with the Office of Administrative Hearings. In the Order, the Registrar granted Respondent’s request to reconsider request to dismiss and ordered that the Citation issued in this matter is dismissed.

Given the Registrar’s Order,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for any further action.
