ORDER VACATING HEARING, REMANDING TO AGENCY

On September 3, 2025, the Registrar notified the Tribunal that it had become aware of Respondent’s Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Petition, which has been filed on August 9, 2025. The Registrar indicated that the filing of the Bankruptcy Petition resulted in an automatic stay pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362, which stay precludes the Registrar from proceeding in Complainant’s Complaint against Respondent unless Complainant obtains a relief from the stay. Finally, the Registrar noted that it had quashed its May 15, 2025 Citation in this matter. Based on the foregoing,

IT IS ORDERED the noticed administrative hearing in this matter is vacated and the matter is remanded to the Registrar for any further action.
