Respondent’s motion is denied, as the request falls outside of the Tribunal’s jurisdiction. The Recommended ALJ Decision for this case was transmitted to the referring agency on September 11, 2025. The Tribunal ceased to have jurisdiction in this matter on that date. As noted on the hearing record in the above-captioned matter, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors possesses sole authority to grant a Request for Reopening upon the establishment of good cause by an absent litigant.
