Having reviewed the hearing packet, which indicates a workmanship complaint (limited to the three-issue Written Directive), a failure to comply with the Written Directive complaint, and an argument about denial of access, the Tribunal makes the following Orders:

IT IS ORDERED the Motion for Additional Time is denied.

IT IS ORDERED if both parties agree that additional time will be required, they must (1) provide a joint statement by August 22, 2025, explaining why additional time is required for this matter and (2) submit their prehearing disclosures by August 22, 2025. The Tribunal may schedule a prehearing conference if deemed necessary.

IT IS ORDERED the parties and their witnesses may attend the hearing in person.
