Good cause and no objection appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a Status Update on October 10, 2025. On or before this date, the parties are advised to notify the Tribunal about the second matter as the Tribunal does not yet have information necessary to consolidate the matters. Once the second matter is identified, the parties shall inform the Tribunal whether the time set for hearing in that matter is sufficient for the consolidated hearing.
