ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

On October 10, 2025, Respondent notified the Tribunal that Complainant filed another complaint regarding the same project and a Directive was issued on October 9, 2025. Respondent requested the hearing in this matter be postponed to allow a consolidation of a new Citation if issued. Complainant requested that the two matters be consolidated.

The hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a Status Update on October 31, 2025. By this date, the parties must submit a joint statement, informing the Tribunal about the status of the second Directive and proposing a mutually agreeable course of action for this matter or, if the parties are unable to agree, separate proposals.

The Tribunal will not rule on the Motion to Consolidate at this time because there is not a second action yet. If and when a second Notice of Hearing is issued, the parties shall inform the Tribunal, and any objections must be stated at that time.
