A hearing was held for the above-entitled matter on October 3, 2025. Respondent failed to appear. Later that day, Respondent requested a continuance, stating “I missed the meeting this morning, I had this mixed up with the time for the meeting on the 28th (4:00) Can we re-schedule?” This is not good cause for failure to appear. However, Respondent will be given an opportunity to present testimony.

The hearing record is available through the Office of Administrative Hearings portal: https://azoah.com/portal.html. Respondent may listen to the hearing, and he may present testimony at a one-hour hearing to be set in the near future.

IT IS ORDERED by 5:00 PM on October 9, 2025, Complainant and Respondent shall provide availability for 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM on October 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, and 22. Respondent will have approximately 40 minutes to present testimony and Complaint will have approximately 15 minutes for cross examination.
