ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE AND SETTING STATUS UPDATE

At the time set for hearing in the above-entitled matter, Registrar of Contractors Investigator Perez advised that a second complaint related to the instant matter had been filed, inspected, and was being processed through the ROC legal department. In the interest of efficiency, the parties agreed to consolidate the two complaints. Therefore, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a Status Update on March 26, 2026. On or before this date, Complainant is advised to do one of the following:

(1) Inform the tribunal that ROC Complaint 2025-12468 has been set for hearing and request to consolidate it with the above-entitled matter; or,

(2) Inform the tribunal that Complaint 2025-12468 has not yet been scheduled for hearing and additional time is needed, by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or
