RESPONDENT. A hearing in the above-entitled matter was set for June 23, 2026. At the time set for hearing, Tracy Kingue stated that he was the owner and operator AZ Turf & More, LLC. However, Mr. Kingue is not listed on AZ Turf & More’s ROC license. Mr. Kingue is not listed as a member of AZ Turf on the Arizona Corporation Commission’s website. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a status update on July 1, 2026. On or before June 26, 2026, Mr. Kingue must provide verification that he has authority to request a hearing and appear on behalf of AZ Turf & More under AZ Supreme Court Rule 31.3.1 Karen A.
