The hearing in the above-entitled matter was continued and set for a status update on July 1, 2026, to afford Tracy Tingue the opportunity to establish that he is authorized to represent AZ Turf & More LLC in the above-entitled matter, pursuant to Arizona Supreme Court Rule 31.3. Having received correspondence from Mr. Tingue and the Registrar,

IT IS ORDERED that the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a Status Update on July 14, 2026. On or before this date, Mr. Tingue and/or AZ Turf & More LLC may submit a signed, witnessed, written statement from the owner/manager/qualifying party(“QP”) of AZ Turf & More, LLC, Nicole R. Tingue, that contains the following:

1. Ms. Nicole Tingue is the documented owner/QP of Respondent.

2. Ms. Nicole Tingue is aware of the nature of this proceeding.

3. Mr. Tracy Tingue is an employee of Respondent.

4. Mr. Tracy Tingue is authorized by Ms. Tingue to represent AZ Turf & More LLC in the above-entitled matter, retroactive to filing of the Notice of Appeal from the

Administrative Award.

If such a statement is not provided, the Administrative Law Judge may vacate the hearing and return the above-entitled matter to the Registrar for dismissal.
