Prior to the commencement of the hearing, Ms. Edgell informed the Tribunal that Arizona Registrar of Contractors Investigator Patricia Schuette was unavailable to attend the hearing due to a medical emergency. Mr. Tingue requested a continuance of the hearing in order to ensure that Investigator Schuette was available to provide her testimony.
