AND SETTING STATUS DATE

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on September 24, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Complainant Donald Starr appeared on his own behalf, with his neighbor, Harold Knutsen. Respondent Marcos Martinez-Espinoza appeared on his own behalf and on behalf of Off The Roof Roofing.

Prior to the start of the hearing, the parties advised the Tribunal that they had resolved the matter via a monetary settlement, however needed additional time for the monies to be paid by Respondent to Complainant. Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on October 6, 2025. On or before this date, Complainant is advised to do one of the following:

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
