The assigned Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”), having reviewed the document filed on October 2, 2025, makes the following minute entry:

The document, consisting of informing the Office of Administrative Hearings that there was a settlement payment between the parties, will not be considered by the Office of Administrative Hearings because no further action can be taken on the matter.

The July 23, 2025, ALJ Decision dismissed this matter and it is no longer in the jurisdiction of the Office of Administrative Hearings. Complainant needs to address any further information or requests with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
