ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

AND SETTING STATUS DATE

The hearing in this matter was scheduled to convene on November 6, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. On the date and at the time set for hearing, Christian Lestinsky, Esq. represented Patterson Construction Company, LLC (“Complainant”). Harold Patterson and Colin Patterson were also present on behalf of Complainant. Shane Buntrock, Esq. represented Carlock Homes, LLC (“Respondent”). Wes Carlock and Miguel Ballestreros were also present on behalf of Respondent.

The parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. Following that discussion, the parties advised the Tribunal that they had reached a resolution of the matter in dispute, however, needed additional time in which to execute the terms of their agreement. The parties requested that the hearing be continued and set for a written Status Update. The request was granted.

Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on January 20, 2026. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
