ORDER RESCINDING CERTIFICATION OF DECISION OF ADMINISTRATIVE

LAW JUDGE

On January 13, 2026, the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) issued a Certification of Decision of Administrative Law Judge (Certification) because the OAH had not received the final agency action from the Registrar of Contractors. Upon the issuance of the Certification, the Registrar of Contractors notified the OAH that the final agency action had previously been issued, but due to a clerical error, it was not sent to the OAH.

Because the Registrar of Contractors timely issued a final agency action in this matter, the Certification was not necessary. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED rescinding the previously issued Certification.
