ORDER VACATING

HEARING

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on June 9, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Assistant Attorney General Charles Hover III represented Complainant Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”). Assistant General Counsel for the Registrar, Margaret Lindsey, appeared as a witness. Harry Fox appeared on behalf of Respondent Foxworx, LLC.

The parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. Following that discussion, Mr. Fox withdrew the request for hearing in this matter.

Based upon the withdrawal of the request for hearing, and sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
