On June 13, 2025, Complainant Gary Moore filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which he advised that he no longer wishes to pursue the Complaint filed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) in this matter, and requested that the hearing currently scheduled for June 19, 2025, be canceled.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
