On July 15, 2025, Complainant filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainant advised that he withdrew his complaint and did not wish to proceed with the hearing currently scheduled for August 20, 2025. Based on Complainant’s withdrawal of the complaint, this matter is hereby vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and the matter is remanded to the referring agency for further action.
