ORDER REGARDING HEARING

Pursuant to the Registrar’s Notice of Hearing, the July 21, 2025 (1:00 p.m.) administrative hearing in this matter was noticed to convene VIRTUALLY with either video conferencing or telephone participation by the parties. Since the Notice of Hearing was issued, Respondent’s representative requested to appear in person, and the Administrative Law Judge sent an Order allowing him to do so; however, that ORDER did not contain the Virtual link for use by the other parties.
