After review of the evidence submitted, the Administrative Law Judge has determined that additional information is required. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED reopening the record in this matter until August 1, 2025 to allow the investigator to conduct an additional inspection at the jobsite to determine if the conditions now meet the Registrar standards. Upon receipt of the investigator’s report, the parties may request the hearing reconvene for additional testimony if necessary.
