AND SETTING STATUS DATE

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on May 19, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Seth Neufeldt, Esq. represented Complainant Evolution Framing, Inc. Respondent Carlina Home Remodeling, LLC did not appear. Mr. Neufeldt advised the Tribunal that the parties had entered into a settlement agreement that was under final review and requested that the matter be continued for two weeks. The request was granted.

Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on June 2, 2025. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
