ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE
AND SETTING STATUS DATE
The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on June 11, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Robert Botelho appeared on behalf of Complainant Blue Sky Doors and Hardware, LLC. Ryan Inglehart appeared on behalf of Respondent Klassen Corporation, with Mark Delmarter and Maria Ocampo.
The hearing convened following a brief prehearing discussion between the parties outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. Mr. Botelho waived opening statement. Mr. Inglehart made an opening statement. Following Mr. Inglehart’s opening statement, and some discussion, the parties came to the conclusion that in time, they could potentially resolve the matter in dispute amongst themselves. Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on August 11, 2025. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:
Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;
Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or
Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
