AND SETTING STATUS DATE

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on January 7, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Robert Botelho appeared on behalf of Complainant Blue Sky Doors and Hardware, LLC. Ryan Inglehart appeared on behalf of Respondent Klassen Corporation. Prior to the commencement of the hearing, the parties reached a resolution of the matter in dispute, however, required additional time in which to execute the terms of their agreement.

Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on January 16, 2026. On or before this date, Complainant is advised to do one of the following:

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
