HEARING

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on January 7, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Robert Botelho appeared on behalf of Complainant Blue Sky Doors and Hardware, LLC. Ryan Inglehart appeared on behalf of Respondent Klassen Corporation. Prior to the commencement of the hearing, the parties reached a resolution of the matter in dispute, however, required additional time in which to execute the terms of their agreement. Consequently, the hearing was continued and set for a written Status Update on January 16, 2026.

On January 21, 2026, Complainant filed correspondence with the Office of Administrative Hearings indicating that the matter had been fully resolved.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
