On September 16, 2025, the Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) filed an Order Quashing Citation with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that the July 8, 2025 Citation, giving rise to the hearing now set for December 8-9, 2025, was quashed. Thus, the matter is rendered moot. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the referring agency for further action.
