ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

AND SETTING STATUS DATE

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on May 21, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. On the date and at the time set for hearing, Lynne Welton appeared on behalf of Complainant Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. Josh McPheron appeared on behalf of Landscapes ‘R Us, Inc., doing business as Desert Designs Landscape. The parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. Following that discussion, the parties requested additional time in which to allow Ms. Welton to further investigate the charges that are in dispute. The request was granted.

Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on June 9, 2025. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
