On June 11, 2025, prior to the time set for hearing, Complainant’s counsel filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainant advised that the parties have reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and that the hearing is no longer necessary.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
