ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

AND SETTING STATUS DATE

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on June 12, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Mark Saric, Esq. represented Yugo Flooring, LLC (“Complainant”). Drago Arnautovic appeared on behalf of Complainant. Megan Schandle, Esq. represented Saddlewood Contracting, LLC (“Respondent”). Marco Lopez appeared on behalf of Respondent.

The hearing convened and the parties presented opening statements. Following opening statements, the parties were afforded the opportunity to engage in a settlement discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. Following that discussion, the parties advised that they had resolved the matter in dispute and requested that the hearing be continued and set for a status date. The request was granted.

Good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on July 14, 2025. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to vacate the hearing;

Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a motion to continue and reset for status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
