AND SETTING STATUS DATE

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on May 19, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. Seth Neufeldt, Esq. represented Complainant Evolution Framing, Inc. Mr. Neufeldt advised the Tribunal that the parties had entered into a settlement agreement that was under final review and requested that the matter be continued for two weeks. The request was granted.

Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on June 2, 2025. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
