On June 2, 2025, the parties filed a Joint Notice of Settlement and Request to Vacate Hearing and for Closure of Case with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they have entered into a settlement agreement to resolve the underlying dispute that is the subject of this matter.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
