ORDER VACATING

HEARING

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on March 20, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Assistant Attorney General Mona Baskin represented Complainant Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”). Assistant General Counsel Margaret Lindsey and Chief of Licensing Julie Pickerill appeared as witnesses for the Registrar. Jacob Miller appeared on behalf of Respondent Concierge Cabinets, LLC.

The parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. Following that discussion, Mr. Miller advised the Tribunal that he wished to withdraw his request for hearing in this matter. Ms. Baskin requested to go on the record in order for her to state that the Registrar has dismissed the allegation of a violation of A.R.S. § 32-1154(A)(5), as the Registrar has determined that there was no misrepresentation of a material fact.

Based on the withdrawal of the request for hearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for any further action.
