HEARING

On July 1, 2025, the Registrar of Contractors issued a Notice of Hearing in Case No. 2025-00623 (Docket No. 2025A-00623-CHC-ROC) setting a hearing date of August 7, 2025. Complainant in Case No. 2025-00623 is Adrienne Mutterperl, and Respondent is Aksco Contruction.

Also on July 1, 2025, the Registrar of Contractors issued a Notice of Hearing in Case No. 2025-02762 (Docket No. 2025A-02762-CHC-ROC) setting a hearing date of August 8, 2025. Complainant in Case No. 2025-02762 is Adrienne Mutterperl, and Respondent is Aksco Construction.

On July 9, 2025, Respondent, through counsel, filed a Joint Motion to Consolidate Hearings on Contested Case in Case Nos. 2025-00623 and 2025-02762, asserting that both cases involve the same construction project and consolidation would preserve judicial and legal resources.

When matters involve substantially similar factual or legal issues, or all parties are the same, an administrative law judge may order consolidation of the pending matters.

Accordingly, for good cause shown and for purposes of administrative efficiency and avoiding unnecessary expense, the parties’ Joint Motion to Consolidate is granted.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Case Nos. 2025-00623 and 2025-02762 are consolidated for purposes of hearing and disposition and that the hearing date previously scheduled for August 8, 2025 is cancelled. The consolidated cases will be heard on August 7, 2025 at 9:00 AM via Google Meet as follows:
