ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

AND SETTING STATUS DATE

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on June 13, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Complainant Nayeli Morales appeared on her own behalf. Kyle Kimberlain appeared on behalf of Respondent. Arizona Registrar of Contractors Investigator James Carter was present.

Prior to the commencement of the hearing, the parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. Following that discussion, the parties advised the Tribunal that they had reached a resolution of the matter in dispute, however, needed additional time in which to execute the terms of their agreement.

Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on June 27, 2025. On or before this date, Complainant is advised to do one of the following:

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
