RESPONDENT. IT IS ORDERED that the continued hearing in this matter will convene on February 2, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., and on subsequent consecutive dates thereafter through February 5, 2026, as necessary, with the exception of February 3, 2026. On or before December 24, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., the parties shall file with the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”) and provide a copy to the opposing party, the initial exhibits that they plan to submit, along with an initial List of Exhibits that provides a designation and brief description of each exhibit, as well as an initial List of Witnesses whose testimony they plan to present, along with a brief description of the witnesses’

Complainant shall designate its exhibits numerically and Respondent shall designate its exhibits alphabetically. On or before January 20, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., the parties shall file with OAH and provide a copy to the opposing party, the supplemental exhibits that they plan to submit, along with a Supplemental List of Exhibits that provides a designation and brief description of each exhibit, as well as a Supplemental List of Witnesses whose testimony they plan to present, along with a brief description of the witnesses’ anticipated testimony. If the parties feel the need to have a prehearing conference at some point prior to the hearing, they may request one. If the parties choose to file prehearing statements, they should do so by January 23, 2026. As discussed at the October 8, 2025 prehearing conference, the parties are urged to continue settlement discussions. The parties are further urged to discuss stipulations to the admission of exhibits and to facts not in dispute. The parties are also urged not to submit duplicative exhibits.
