On January 12, 2026, the parties filed a Notice of Settlement with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter on November 11, 2025, and requested that the scheduled hearing dates be vacated.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
