RESPONDENT.

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on April 24, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Chris Connolly appeared on behalf of Complainant Chris Connolly, Inc. Kris Husa appeared on behalf of Respondent NRG Building Specialists, LLC. The parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. Following that discussion, the parties advised the Tribunal that they had reached an agreement, however needed additional time in which to execute the terms of the agreement. Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on May 15, 2025. On or before this date, Complainant is advised to do one of the following:

(1) Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30- days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
