ORDER

Respondent has filed a motion to vacate the hearing because he plans to cancel his license with the Registrar of Contractors. However, the cancellation of Respondent’s license does not deprive Complainant of her right to prosecute her complaint or prevent the Registrar from determining the merits of the complaint. See Arizona Revised Statutes § 32-1154(D). Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED denying the motion to vacate the hearing. The hearing remains set for July 3, 2025 at 9:00 a.m.
