On March 3, 2025, Luis Enrique Mendez e-mailed his motion with the Tribunal to withdraw the pending application, stating “On behalf of contractors application I wish to withdraw from my application plastering & synthetic stucco.”

Based on the foregoing,

IT IS ORDERED the administrative hearing regarding Respondent’s application for licensing is vacated and the matter is remanded to the Registrar for any further action.
