On May 8, 2025, the parties filed a Settlement Agreement with the Office of Administrative Hearings that had been executed on May 7, 2025, that incorporates all of the invoices that are the subject of the instant Complaint giving rise to the hearing.

Based on the settlement agreement executed by the parties,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
