Any documents you plan to use during the hearing should be submitted to the Office of Administrative Hearings and provided to the other party at least 7 days prior to the hearing as described in the Notice of Hearing.

This matter was rescheduled to accommodate Registrar of Contractor (“Registrar”) Investigator Mike Wiskow’s schedule as the parties want him present at the hearing. The Office of Administrative Hearings will not be able to accommodate any further as Investigator Wiskow will be leaving the Registrar and will not be available after May 21, 2025.
