v.

License Nos. ROC 326994 and 332838 ,
RESPONDENT.
No. 2024A-13719-CHC-ROC
ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE
On November 17, 2025, Respondent filed a motion to continue the hearing date. The motion was sent by e-mail to the opposing party the same day. The motion provided as follows:
A postponement is being requested due to a trip to the east coast that has been planned and paid for since June 2025. All accommodations and event tickets have been purchased and are nonrefundable.
We are scheduled to return late in the evening of 12/1/2025. With the ongoing flight issues and delays, I am concerned that I will not be back in Phoenix. My flight has already been changed once and I do not want to do the hearing from an airport. I am not requesting due to not being prepared, my disclosure form will be submitted this week and all expert witnesses have
submitted their opinion as well.
I appreciate your consideration on this in lieu of all the flight issues caused from the shutdown.
Thank you
George Warren
On November 25, 2025, Complainant filed a response to the motion that provided,

To Whom it may concern,
Received your email regarding the continuance. I had a trip to Vegas with three other couples but cancelled due to this hearing. Hopefully we can get this done soon.
Thanks,
