On February 3, 2025, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Complainant”) submitted a Motion to Vacate Administrative Hearing because De Leon Painting, Inc, Respondent, withdrew its appeal to the action giving rise to this hearing.

Pursuant to Ariz. Admin. Code R2-19-111, this matter is moot and a hearing is no longer necessary.

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled on February 5, 2025 is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the referring agency for further action.
