Pursuant to the parties’ agreement at the hearing, Respondent shall pay at least $2,282.00 per month commencing March 25, 2025 and on or about the 25th of each month thereafter until September 25, 2025. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED that by September 30, 2025 the parties shall file a STATUS UPDATE with the tribunal as to whether all payments had been made and the matter can be dismissed, or if the parties need additional time, or if the matter should be re-set for a hearing.
