A hearing in the above-entitled matter was set to convene at 1:00 p.m. on March 27, 2025. Before the presentation of evidence, the parties agreed to discuss their dispute after off of the record. After approximately 30 minutes, the parties requested that the matter be set for a status update to allow Respondent to issue a payment to Complainant through an electronic wire transfer. Good cause appearing,

IT IS ORDERED setting the above-entitled matter for a status update only. On or before April 1, 2025, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

(1) Notify the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing; or

(2) Notify the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
