On April 3, 2025, Harvey Swain Evans, DBA: Evans Construction & Design (“Respondent”) filed a Motion to Quash Subpoena Duces Tecum to ABT Home Repairs & Renovations, LLC. On April, 7, 2025, Therese Mayo, Representative of Lang Thal King & Hanson PC, Attorneys for Complainant, informed the Tribunal that Exhibit A, which details the subpoena request, was emailed to Respondent on April 4, 2025. On review of the Motion, in light of the matter,

IT IS ORDERED the Motion to Quash is Denied. See Ariz. Admin. Code R2-119-113(E). In addition, time should be extended to Respondent to provide the requested documents to Complainant.
