On February 6, 2025, Complainant Square Tree Framing, LLC (“Square Tree”) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Square Tree advised that “Respondent has successfully paid the balance on this complaint. No further action needed.”

Based on the resolution of the matter, and sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
